At Purple Chicken, we strive to create a welcoming environment in our NDIS Program for adults with disabilities. Our goal is to empower our staff through training and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Purple Chicken is an NDIS funded program for people with a disability in a working local cafe open to the public.
Purple Chicken is a small customised NDIS Provider where participants learn soft employment skills such as punctuality, personal presentation skills, interpersonal skills, HR processes, gain work experience, and more
Each day during this NDIS Program, the team prepare their own lunch, learning how to make nutritious, inexpensive meals that they can replicate at home
Our participants learn all aspects of hospitality including point of sale, safe food handling, customer service, food preparation, baking, barista, and more in this individualised NDIS Program.
As a local NDIS program provider we pride ourselves on securing staff that are experienced hospitality professionals, trained in individualised support for people with a disability
Yes, we are a small NDIS provider. We know our participants well, and each participant has the time and the support to work on their NDIS program goals and aspirations in our environment
